Mark Thompson
Chief Executive OfficerThompson has over 18 years business experience mainly in IT related industries and professional practices. Before founding Infonic, Thompson was Chief Financial Officer and founder member of Eyestorm Media, and a senior manager at Getty Images and Accenture. At Accenture has was Engagement Financial Manager for the largest technology change project in the financial services practice at that time, worth some $110 million. Thompson is a lawyer who then trained as an accountant and became involved in corporate finance and taxation with FTSE 100 companies, initially with Coopers & Lybrand and then United Biscuits and Amersham International.
Jon Newhard
Senior VP North America & Asia PacificNewhard joined Infonic in January 2007 with the task of determining growth strategies across all product groups for the North America and Asia Pacific. He has over 15 years of business experience, mostly in the IT industry. Previously he spent over 7 years at Siebel Systems in a variety of roles including Sales and Sales Management; Product Development and Marketing; and Business Development and Alliances before running Siebel’s Federal business. He also served as a Sales Director at SAP in their commercial business.
Matthew Bagley
Chief Financial OfficerPrior to joining Infonic in May 2008, Matthew Bagley was the European Finance Director of IT hardware manufacturer ViewSonic Corporation. At ViewSonic Bagley was responsible for the Financial Management of 14 offices across EMEA generating over $374 million in annual sales. Prior to ViewSonic, Bagley spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing a range of financial consultancy services to blue chip companies. For four of those years Bagley worked in the United States. Bagley is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
Nick Sarker
General Counsel and Company SecretaryNick Sarker joined Infonic in January 2008. Nick qualified as an English solicitor [attorney] in 1992 and has extensive experience undertaking legal work in the Information Technology sector. For 6 years Nick was Company Secretary and General Counsel at Hemscott plc, the UK listed data and software provider, and undertook a series of strategic acquisitions including buying and integrating companies in the US and India, and he also worked on public corporate restructuring. In the 1990s Nick worked as a litigation lawyer on large Information Technology disputes for the London law firm Masons (now Pinsent Masons). In addition, Nick has had other private practice and in-house roles which have added to his extensive experience.
David Hornsby
Senior VP Global SalesHornsby joined the Corpora group in April 2006 with the task of developing the expanding companies global sales network. Before Corpora Hornsby was the Sales Director at Smart Human Logistics plc and Profund Systems Ltd. At both of these companies Hornsby was responsible for defining the sales strategy within key vertical markets and developing the sales channels to substantially increase profitability and new business growth. Prior to Profund Systems Hornsby spent 6 years at PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation) where he held various sales, sales management and senior management positions, including Vice President UK Major Accounts and Sales Director Aerospace and Defense.
Dan Wajzner
Chief Technology OfficerWajzner has over 15 years' experience in IT, coupled with 8 years' business and technical consulting and project management experience across a broad range of industry sectors for employers including ITIM Associates, Sybase Professional Services and the OASiS Group. He has won and delivered projects at a senior level for clients such as: the House of Commons, Marks and Spencer, Punch Pub Company, Littlewoods Home Shopping, National Lotteries Charities Board, Swiss Bank Corporation, C.E. Health, Hypotheken Bank, Royal London Insurance, Lombard Bank, Continental Can Company, CGUI, Quintus and BT.
Kirk Daly
Chief Product ArchitectDaly works closely with clients to develop solutions to help drive efficiencies across their businesses. Before joining Infonic, Daly worked as practice head of system analysis at the consultancy Itim. Prior to that, he was systems manager for the department store Lillywhites, where he was responsible for designing and building management and sales information systems.
Hamish Hutton
VP Global MarketingHamish joined Infonic in 2004. He has 11 years experience developing brands in a range of sectors. He spent four years as an advertising account manager and director working on several accounts including the Financial Times, Ericsson, Pfizer and ASDA. He then moved to become the Marketing Manager for first NTL's, then Telewest's and finally the Carphone Warehouse's broadband Internet services.
Alison Warne
Head of Group Administration and
Human ResourcesWarne has over 25 years of business experience, mostly in IT related industries. She spent 14 years at US computer giant Digital Equipment Co Ltd (DEC), fulfilling a variety of roles including Staff Management and Account Management, culminating in becoming the European Account Consultant for the General Electric account. Subsequently, she ran her own business providing consultancy and business analysis to clients such as NatWest Bank, Air Products and Seeboard.
